    Return & Cancellation Policy

    All returns must be prepaid, insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. All returns must be enclosed with our return form as well as a copy of the original receipt. Contact us at info@So-Southern.com to obtain our return form. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy. We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused and we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. Original form of payment will be credited for your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Shipping charges and sales taxes on shipping are non-refundable. Products that have been monogrammed cannot be returned.
